I like the fact that you've taken this picture through the wire fence. With the subject of the piece being the old building in the back, it adds another dimension to this piece, as though the older area is 'off-limits', or guarded against trespass, protecting some secret.

I could easily see this as being a place for lovers' trysts that quickly go awry. And the grass standing tall and un-mowed between the viewer and the building, standing high behind the fence, probably whispers dark or lurid secrets into the wind.
